This collection of films of waltons mountain series from seventies and eighties. Family in America in late 30s though to early sixties, that live in mountain called waltons. Arrive before time.

These movies are dis-jointed, and very, very tired.BUT no Walton's fan could resist these. An absolute must. The story-lines are poor, and something just does not gel in the relationships between the characters as they did in the series. Of course, this is to be expected, as "The Waltons" must be one of the war horses of Television production. Just having finished viewing the final movie, I felt sad, as all good things come to an end. Nothing for it but to start from Series 1 again, and re-live the whole wonderful experience again. The Waltons has always been a great comforter for me.

My wife really loves the waltons and was disappointed when the recent re-runs on Sky finished. Googling an episode guide to make sure she hadn't missed any, she discovered there were also 6 movies, 3 of which she had never seen.This DVD Set has solved that terrible omission at a reasonable price. It was quickly shipped, well packaged and got me several brownie points! As long as your dvd player will play Region 1 discs this is great

Some of the films are better then others but overall very nice viewing. The item arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged.

This is a must buy for anyone who watched and liked The Waltons. If you own all 9 series this 6 T.V. movies will complete your collection and let you know a bit more about the lives of all the main characters.

Love the films almost as much as the TV show

i enjoyed these movies and it completed my collection.good to see all the old faces back,the original john boy,mum and grandma,and it let you see all the family a lot older than they were in the last series.a must for walton fans
