Bulkhead Union Push to Connect Tube Fitting 3/8 In Tube OD Stainless Steel Double Threaded (5 Packs)

I wanted to try these in the lids of DIY co2 generators. The co2 tubing fits well into them, but unfortunately, they are far from leak-proof. I added O-rings in every possible place they could leak, but still had gas escaping. Finally, I had to resort to silicone gluing the heck out of them around all the leaking areas, & even had to follow up with some super glue in a few places. After that, they did the job.Of course, you need a large-enough generator container lid for them to fit, b/c they're pretty big. I can fit one in a 2 lt pop lid, but when applying the extra glue, you have to be really careful not to get any on the threads of the lid, or it won't go on the container. Not that easy, but when done, it did work.Probably would work better for other uses, but I don't see how you'd stop the leakage then, either, except as described.

I put two of these on the top of a metal lid with a glass jar I use a vacuum pump to suck out fluids that I don't want to get into my vacuum it works out well.

I bought these for low pressure air. They seem well made and haven’t leaked yet. No problems so far

poorly made the nuts are very loose and you can't tighten them very tight without stripping them.

Great product received very quickly

I bought these bulkhead fittings for an air ride project on a car. They only way these will possibly hold air is if there is no force on the connected air lines, nothing is vibrating and the clouds in the sky are still. If you sneeze too close to the lines, it's enough sideways pressure to cause these to leak. Imaging driving down the road! Meanwhile those brass colored elbows in the photo work perfectly no matter how hard I bend the lines. Spend more for some quality bulkheads. I don't like leaving bad reviews but these bulkhead fittings deserve 0 stars to protect buyers from a waste of time.

Poor quality. Leak. Installed onto a project and 3 out of 4 leaked right out of the box. The 4th took less than a week to start leaking. Will not buy again.
