I like the fact that they are methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin. I also like the dosage of 50mcg, which is not particularly high.I'm rather concerned that most B12 supplements have mega-doses of at least 1000mcg. There are studies linking high levels of B12 and B6 to an increased risk of lung cancer. Do an internet search on the subject for more information.

Helps with overral wellbeing!
A good B12 supplement which helps with overall wellbeing. Being Vegetarian it is important as an additional supplement as I do not obtain B12 from meat.Very easy to digest and no issues yet; have been taking the tablets for over two months.Would highly recommend the products from Veganicity.
