Easy to swallow pills and great for liver support

I have a new pet peeve when it comes to supplements. It's that the bottles sometimes claim a dose that's delivered by their product on the front label, but when you read the fine print, you have to take more than one capsule to achieve it. I know it's a small thing but in a way I find that a little deceptive, since I often buy supplements on quantity for price, having grown used to one dose meaning one capsule. To be fair, this has nothing to do with quality or effectiveness, both of which I have nothing to complain about with this product. It's just that I don't like having to eat three or four capsules a day to get the proper dosage. As far as the product's concerned, I like it OK.

Good product! Hard to find

This alpha lipoic acid supplement is very effective and potent overall. However, there is something important to be aware of in terms of dosing. The product provides 600mg only when you take three capsules, whereas many other brands offer the same 600mg dose in just two capsules. This can be a bit misleading and affects the actual potency per capsule. Because of this, instead of taking just one capsule at a time like I usually do with other brands, I find myself needing to take two to experience any noticeable effect. Despite this, it does work well in helping to control belly fat, which is the main reason I use it.

I can’t really tell a difference. Do not keep it in her mouth for a long time.
