Bloody brilliantly done . They didn’t have cats similar to the ones I wanted . so I sent them picture of the two cats and they made a new design for them . Present was well received . It’s been a while now as well and it’s been thru the dishwasher a 100 times and still looks brand new .

Recently received the mug I ordered and am very pleased with the result. I had sent a photo and email description of how I would like the cat images to be altered to match my own two cats.
