We bought this to make smoked Old Fashions. We love it. It comes with many flavors of wood chips and you get a ton of smoke! What have learned is you have to fill the chips to top of the area. I tried using only half and the smoker does not even go on. When filled to top with chips it’ worked great!

This product exceeds our expectations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy it. One thing we’ve done, is to let the smoke stay in the glass for 15 minutes. It increases the flavor tenfold. To do that, we put a coaster on top of the glass as soon as this smoker has stopped.

Second Review- This is a follow up from a previous review about the product not working. The supplier got in touch with me immediately, shipped a new fully functioning product. I appreciated it. I have since purchased this for two friends as gifts. Its a great gift. The smoking very much works. We used it with Rum. Will consider it for some food items like cheese and fish.First Review - The warming plate doesn't seem to be working after 4-5 uses. Had to use a torch. Perhaps my expectations are too high for the price paid on Amazon.

Super easy to use right out of the box. It comes with a great selection of different types of wood chips. I’ve only used it to cold smoke fish and chicken thus far. I’m extremely pleased with the results. Gives a great level of smoke flavor that more so than the liquid smoke I normally use.Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift!!!
