Brilliant! This Foot Rocker is an easy way to get a great calf stretch. It’s helped loads with plantar fasciitis and solved my Achilles problems. Our physio recommended this and gave the right advice on how to use it. If you don't there is a potential to do more damage to your ankles/legs etc.We use it everyday and improvements took about 3 weeks. Now only using it 3 to 4 times a week.

Neat and simple idea. Very robustly made, just a single chunk of plastic with a couple of grippier strips on the rockers. Gives really good calf and achilles stretches (with slightly different knee positions). Much easier to get a deep and more intense stretch than various normal toes-up stretches. I also like to use 2 as footrests to absent-mindedly rock my feet back and forth to keep my calves moving when sitting for long periods at a desk or watching TV, etc. There are a bunch of other stretches in the instructions which do work but aren't as easy and effective as the simple calf one. If you read far enough down the instructions there's even a standing hamstring stretch which again does work but takes a lot more care and attention to 'find' the stretch in the right place. If you buy it for calf and/or achilles you won't go wrong, anything else is just a bit of an add-on bonus.

I've had plantar fasciitis for over a year in my left foot. It's not massively painful most of the time but it is irritating not being able to do as much of certain types of training (sprints/hill running) as I would like. This foot stretcher is an excellent way to stretch out the whole underside of the foot and the front and back of the lower leg for those like me who are as flexible as a house brick.The best thing about it is the fact it reminds me to stretch as I'm terrible at sticking with a stretching routine. It's also great because it allows you to really get in there and work away at the tight areas.My plantar fasciitis has definitely improved since I've been using it and as much as anything it's nice to know I'm doing something to help get rid of it!

I previously used a Pro-Stretch, until the heel part broke off while I was using it. Looking at this model the heel section looks better constructed so I decided to buy a Foot Rocker instead and have not regretted it. This model is every bit as effective and feels far stronger.
