Perfect for my needs.
Haven't been able to get to the gym for a while, so wanted to make my own lat pulldown / triceps pushdown pulley using a punch bag / chin up bracket that I'd previously bought from Amazon. So I bought cable, brackets, pulley wheel and bolt etc.. from Amazon including this v-bar. It is great value, well made and arrived very quickly. I've used it a few times now and find that it's perfect for what I needed.
