Good thick bar with unique connection method
Was concerned when I saw that the bar came in two pieces; but was surprised that the connection method was very sturdy. Good thick bar as well.

Solid Barbell Set for Home Workouts
I’m very satisfied. The curl bar feels sturdy and well-balanced, and the chrome finish gives it a nice professional look. The weight plates are easy to load and secure tightly with the included collars, which is great for quick changes during workouts.The variety of weight combinations (66LB, 55LB, 44LB) makes it flexible for different strength levels and exercises. It’s especially handy for bicep curls, rows, and shoulder work.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the plates are made of plastic-coated cement. While they get the job done, they don’t have the same feel or durability as solid iron plates. Also, the bar might feel a little light for experienced lifters.That said, for the price and convenience, it’s a great starter set or addition to a home gym.

I love my bar and weights set. It's easy to put together and doesn't take up much space and super convenient for at home use when you can't make it to the gym!

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. Wouldn't buy again.
It works but I wouldn't buy it again. Spend a few more bucks and get a quality bar. The bar is a two piece and is held by the smallest pinch screw. It doesn't even go all the way through the bar. It's literally a pinch screw. I used loctite and haven't had a issue yet. But I can tell I will eventually. It does work.. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. 3 Stars because it does work but I wouldn't recommend.
