I waited a while before placing this review. I did not realize that when buying this product that it was used. It did say that in the description that it was used, but i didn't see it till i purchased it! Nervous, and waiting for the Flag pole to come, it came and everything looked fine,no damage to the pole,no scratches,dings,Nothing wrong except the packaging that it came in. Everything inside was packaged well & secure. It was Delivered on April 2,2025, and i Put it right up( as i was replacing a Flag Pole i purchased a few years ago. As of today, I am very pleased with my VEVOR 20FT Telescoping Flag Pole. Only issue i had was the topper. Plastic Ball for the top would not stay tight on the pole. Contacted Amazon, and they shipped me a new one out right away. Would buy from VEVOR again!!

Very high quality. I love this one; it locks and unlocks significantly easier than the previous two I owned.

I decided to buy this pole, as I wanted one that I could display two flags on, and a telescoping pole was less expensive than the ones with a halyard. I'm basically happy with it, but if I had it to do over again, I'd probably go with the halyard type. The telescoping function works well for the most part. In the beginning, strong wind would cause a section or two to collapse, but I finally got them all tightened so that's no longer a problem. But, since it's more difficult to take the flag or flags down, you might want to keep it/them up, and get a solar-powered light to illuminate it at night. I hired someone to actually install the pole, but it wasn't difficult, and most folks could do it themselves. The American flag that came with the pole was very poor quality, so I bought another one right away.

Pole is great quality but the sleeve that goes in ground for the pole to slide into is plastic…..😟It cracked as I was inserting the pole.

This item was better than I expected at the price. One thing to know: it's 2 3/16" in diameter, so I won't fit into most holders designed for the more common 2" size. If you run into this problem and you don't need to use the full height of the pole (in my case I just needed enough height to get a Starlink antenna above the roof of my trailer), here's how to remove the bottom section.Each section is topped by a shiny chromed ring. You can't take apart the sections unless you remove the ring. I used a Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel to cut a slit along the length of the ring, but you could probably break it off in other ways.Once the ring is removed, you can pull the first section of the flagpole away from the rest, leaving a 2" diameter flagpole that fits nicely in a 2" flagpole holder... once you remove the plastic C-ring that fits loosely around the very bottom of the second section.You now have a sturdy 15 foot flagpole that will fit into a typical 2" ID holder.

This is identical to other flag poles on the market. The friction fit plastic Chrome plated rings do not like dirt. So living in Florida with sand this is not a flagpole that you can expect to extend and reduce on a daily basis. It's nice because it comes in a small box and it is such a large / high glide Pole. The US flag that comes with it is very thin and is started to shred after 2 weeks of use. Expect to get an embroidered US flag to replace this.
