The perfect addition to your smg/pcc
I had seen plenty of folks running these on their small builds (pcc's/smg's) and was wanting something "out of the way", but still substantial to use for a home defense/rapid acquisition type build. Well, after having picked one up for my home defense 300 blackout subbie; I can fully attest that these things are f-ing awesome! Highly recommend for someone who wants Surefire quality, without the hassle of cable management/mlok space requirement - as you can simply mount this bad boy up top on your pic rail, and it falls perfectly in line with your (non-trigger) hand, and is completely out of the way. If you are struggling to find placement on your typical weapon light, on a sub-10" handguard - this IS your answer!

Combat Light
Got this light on my DDMk18 and the Benelli M4! Works great.

High quality
This is a definite improvement over the older generations of WML that I've owned. Better ergonomics, and much more durable. The price has also been coming down despite introducing design improvements over time.

Very nice for AR without having to wire a contact switch. Simple and bright.
Very nice quality weapon light for AR, easily positioned to have the switch very accessible without having to mess with a seperate switch and wires. Happy camper.

Fatally flawed switch
I own a couple Inforce weapon lights that I’ve been quite happy with. This one not so much.At first blush the activation button appears to be generously sized. It isn’t. What we have here is a micro switch covered by a thumb-sized rubber membrane. The upshot of this design is that easily 50% of the “button” does nothing when pressed. If you’re planning to mount this in the 6 o’clock position and use an index finger to run it, I would advise looking elsewhere.I would not mount this to a home defense firearm and have any faith in a positive activation when the adrenaline is pumping. Nor will I attempt to train away this deficiency. The button is finicky. Period. Here’s hoping for a gen 4 WML with a rigid paddle switch such that it can be activated regardless of where the button is engaged.
