A roller with bumps
Great study roller which really helps to relieve tension on the shoulders but...as a warning DO NOT ROLL THIS ON YOUR LOWER SPINE!

Good roller
A bit small, but I like the bumps - really digs into my muscles when rolling out

Deep roller
Overall great roller, its solid and good quality. It provides deep tissue relief, which can be quite painful at first but it gets easier over time. I run so my legs can be extremly tight hence the pain. If you are new to foam rolling I'd recommend starting with a regular foam roller first before moving onto this one.

Yes it is firm but a sports massage is not supposed to be soft. It supposed to get right where you need it to get blood circulating to the deep muscle tissue. Not recommended if you want a gentle massage roller. Good quality and will last..

I had a rumble roller for years and it finally wore out so went for this as a cheaper option! Bad move!! Worn out rumble roller is still hard than this new cheaper version! Get what ya pay for!
