I wanted this hockey puck display case because I had a slightly unconventional use in mind. My daughter, a passionate biology major, absolutely loves Halloween. Every October, she takes out her collection of embalmed animals and insects to display around her house. The only rule from her husband is that everything must be encased and can only come out of her “cabinet of creepy things” during October.I’ve gifted her various acrylic display boxes over the years, but I was running out of creative options until I found this case. Although it's designed for a hockey puck, it’s perfect for showcasing one of her smaller embalmed creatures. The clear acrylic is durable and will allow for an excellent view of the specimen inside, making it a fantastic addition to her Halloween decor.The neighborhood kids, especially the boys, are always curious about her collection, and this display case will be a big hit with them because it’s small enough for little hands. Even some of the girls get excited to see what new items she’s put on display. Overall, this case is versatile, well-made, and perfect for anyone looking to showcase unique or unusual items beyond just hockey pucks!

Not much to say, it works as intended. Hardware is included for mounting but I'm not planning on doing that. I don't feel that the puck would be in danger anyway, but this feels sturdy and well protected. Easy to move without any risk of smudging an autograph. A great way for me to store a puck from a pro that went to my college and I got to know a bit.
