Being fairly new to golf, I struggle when someone tells me what the distance is to the green in yards, I grew up using the metric system. Then someone mentioned a range finder.With this device I can check it myself, accurately and it has some other interesting functions, as it’s a multifunctional laser range finder. Like checking the angle of a slope as well as the speed of something I look at travelling by.It's incredibly light and comes with a carry case, probably useful for hiking and measuring distances, potentially wider applications. It’s a game changer!It works by shooting a laser beam and measures how long it takes for the beam to bounce back into the bottom aperture.Don’t worry the beam is invisible to the naked eye, so you’re not going to annoy someone like the idiots with laser pointers.

Ok so having used this for a round today I would say it's pretty good and accurate within a few yards . Tricky to understand how the flag lock works as I tried it today and it didn't find any flags or if it did then they were not accurate. Was just unsure if it could actually see and lock on . Instructions are a tad vague on this function. Overall tho it helped me gauge the distance that's why it's got 4 stars . I will keep trying it for the flag lock and see how it gets on next time .

Love this it's early days using it but does what it says at a fraction of the price of the more expensive ones ⛳️

Took this range finder out for a few rounds and it’s been really helpful on the course. The distances are accurate and the pin lock with vibration makes it easy to know when you’ve locked on. Slope function has been great for adjusting shots, especially on hilly holes. The screen is clear and easy to read, even in bright sunlight.

Straightforward to use and surprisingly accurate for the price. The slope feature and vibration feedback make it easy to lock onto the flag, and the image stays clear even at longer distances. Lightweight, with a decent case that clips onto a bag. Feels like a solid pick for casual to intermediate players who want extra features without spending a fortune.

If you love your golf, and know more about what you are doing than I do, then this golf range finder could be a really useful tool to have. If you know your woods from your wedges and your irons from your hybrids, then may make your decision on which club to use easier.Pitch and putt is the extent of my golf game, and whilst it is always nice to know how far away a hole is, the truth is that knowing won't help me get it closer to the green.This range finder though is easy to use, turn it on, set the mode, and then hold the on button for a second or two until the distance or slope are measured. These are rechargeable which is good, but the quality feels a little average, quite light and plasticky by comparison to most that I have seen, however, they are also cheaper.The range finder itself comes in a nice little clamshell case to make it safer to carry around.Within the box you get the following:1 x Carrying case1 x Wrist cord1 x Lens cleaner1 x ManualThe price of £49.99 seems reasonable enough for the features and quality.

This is definitely a budget rage finder in some respects, but does the job pretty well. It is nice and compact and USB rechargeable. The flag lock works well but a tad slower than some I have used and the distance seems pretty close to my friends more expensive devices. It does feel a bit slippery in hand on a cold day and the case is a bit cheap but for less than fifty pounds it is definitely a good deal.

Good quality golf range finder, it’s compact and easy to keep with you when you’re playing golf. I find that it’s almost as accurate as my premium one I use frequently.It offers good quality and great value for money.
