I have several issues with my stomach and intestines. I won't go into detail but I often have heartburn, upset stomach, nausea and cramping.These really help when I have heartburn. They also seem to assist with moving things along. My gut is just generally happier. And I don't have to try to choke ACV down like a hideous shot of liquor.I can't say anything about weight loss, but the benefits I am getting now are good enough for me.

They seem to do what they are meant to do. Ok taste, easy to swallow and there has been some weight loss after a week of use.

Thank god for the pill form of Apple Vinegar. I've been drinking the vinegar with water and tea and man it taste god awful. But with the supplements all I have to do is pop 2 a day and keep it moving with no aftertaste. The supplements are capsule so if you want, you can pour the powder in some yogurt or whatever and eat it like that too. I've lost 3 pound so far for the week and I'm feeling very positive about the results I'm getting.

Just what I was looking for, hate the taste of apple cider vinegar and can't stand the taste any longer. These pills are perfect for me they are tasteless and go down easy. Very pleased with them so far!
