Absolutely one of the best textbooks I’ve ever used. As a PSY major, research methodology is a critical skill, and this book is well worth adding to your library even without a class. The author has an amazing, frequently updated blog that expands on the content, and it includes an excellent online practice website access code. It is organized well, uses accessible language, excellent graphics and tables, and keywords in bold. Seriously, I rented it for this semester and I intend to keep it! You will not be disappointed. Anyone interested in research, the S.T.E.M. fields, or being a more discerning consumer of research you encounter (especially when covered by the media) should pick this one up.

Thought this was a great book for Undergraduate Research Methods. I found the text was engaging. It covers all important current ideas in Psychology and it’s well put together. A bit on the expensive side but you may want to keep it for reference.

Research methodsThe author did a tremendous job, making it simple to understand the concepts of introduction to research methods. This book covered all the areas related to correlation designs, experimental designs, non-experimental designs, research questions, and basic statistics. Loved the sampling examples but would of like more of them.

Book came in decent condition.

This college course turned out to be the worst class I have ever taken. I was grateful to return this book! Not to take away from the content of the text, but its a great read.

I like buying the kindle editions it's easier for me to read where ever I go. Recommended after taking an statistics class
