They would good but after a month you have to take a small break because it builds up and needs to cycle through my body. Not a huge break just about 3 days worth.

This is a product of Korea. It has a lot of warnings including allergy warnings. Some things that stuck out to me were crab, mussels, peanuts, buckwheat, shellfish, etc. So please be mindful of this and be careful because an allergic reaction can be deadly fatal. The packaging is pretty good. There's a box that you have to open. Inside the box is the bottle. There's NO shrink wrap clear plastic over the cap. Twist off the cap and an easy pull aluminum seal is over it. Once you pull that out, there's a piece of plastic sheet where the cotton separator usually is. The pills are rather large, and thus making it more difficult and challenging to swallow. The pills are chalky. There's chalky dust everywhere. The pills are hard to swallow but I'll update after I finish the bottle.
