This ice pack is amazing. I bought 2 to keep rotation. They last a long time out of the freezer so pain relief is always at hand. The material is soft. I like that it covers the whole foot. I got my moneys worth out of them and then some.

This is exactly what I needed. Plantar fasciitis has caused pain on the bottom of my foot and heel, then on the outside edge of my foot as I have shifted my weight to avoid the heel pain, then swelling on top of my foot from who-knows-what. This cold pack boot covers it all and is super easy to put on and take off. I wear a size 9-1/2-10, and my big toe barely peeks out, so I get full coverage. I'm so glad I discovered this!

I bought this item for my mother who is suffering of arthritis and a severe neuropathy. She told me that it helped her feet relax from the burning sensation. I am putting 5 stars because these boots are too heavy. I think if they were a bit lighter it would be better for the elder especially.

I had a big toe fusion last week. I came home and immediately started icing the surgical area aa well as the ankle, per post-surgery instructions. I had 2 small ice packs in the freezer and an ice pack that was sent home with me. The ice packs kept sliding off, and I immediately realized that this wasn't going to work. I found this product on Amazon, and it arrived the next day. It works wonderfully to chill my entire foot (including toe) and ankle. I highly recommend it as a great value product that is effective and convenient to use.

These are super handy! They do not fall off. Makes icing the foot easy. Comes with a case for putting in the freezer.

I sprained both ankles early January, these worked wonders for about 8 DAYS! Leaked gel from breaks in the seams, it was nasty! Due to my injuries, I was unable to return to Amazon within the time limit, but I would not recommend at all! I expected a lot longer than 8 days when I ordered them!
