This purchase took my household from the dark age to modern technology.
Monitor on the phone displays incoming calls with descriptions. This feature is an upgrade when compared with my previous phone. I am able to see which numbers are robocalls.

good phone
works good, we wanted a home phone for doctors offices especially to call and leavea message, I have a close caption app on my cell phone, I put it right beside it turn the speaker onand can see what people are saying.We could not get one of those close caption phones advertise, we have star link and they do not workon wireless internet

THIS IS NOT A LANDLINE PHONE
This description for this product needs to add a photo of its cord. The cord that comes with this phone is a regular electric outlet pronged cord. If you have a landline fixture embedded in your wall and are looking for a phone with a landline cord, this is NOT the phone for you.

Delighted with it out of the box
Delighted with it out of the box. Will update after use. Bought this after returning the Nortel phone , which arrived without a power cord and did not even have a receptacle to receive a power cord. It's less money than the Nortel and is much nicer in real life than it looks in the pic. Set up was a breeze, you can set # of rings etc. Unfortunately the ring tone itself can not be changed. It's the old fashioned ringer. It is to be expected with a landline phone.
