Accurate, convenient, logs records and has printable reports for each log.I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. That being said, it could still be improved upon if the device readout was larger and/or brighter, and if there was some sort of summary reporting or graph of historical data. Oh and an alert for heart rate not just O2.I bought this years ago to determine if I had sleep apnea (I don't). It is much more accurate than my Garmin watch as far as O2 saturation readings. After Covid I started monitoringmy daytime O2 and noticed drops that coincided with heart rate spikes from doing nothing more than standing and/or walking around the house. I started to doubt it's accuracy but the clip oximeter was giving the same readings (although slower). Turns out I had POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). The holter monitor and echocardiogram I had a few months ago didn't pick up on it. I even bought a Wellue ring monitor to compare this with and the results are similar. The Wellue does not show the heart rate and O2 side by side though, and the button is hard to get to work, making this model far superior.Now I'm using it daily to warn me when my O2 falls below 90% and I use the alert on my Garmin for when my heart rate accelerates past 100 - then it is time to sit or lie down. If it weren't for this device I'm sure I'd have passed out and face planted by now.

It monitors many vital function while you sleep. Easy to read graphs. Ring vibration needs to be turned down if you don't want your sleep interrupted, but, in a case of Sleep Apnea you may want to have the vibration alert on. ⚠ ⚠ ⚠

This is a good meter for at night. I wear it to bed and in the morning you can tell how your oxygen and heart rate were during the night. You can set the lowest number (oxygen) and it will vibrate when it goes below.

I have been using this for a week now. I am pretty sure that everyone should have one of these. At least everyone that has trouble getting a good night’s sleep...and that is pretty much everyone, isn’t it ? First, the design. It is as simple as possible. In fact I had trouble with it at first because I was over thinking it. Charge it, turn it on, put it on your thumb. Done. Now go to sleep. when you wake up, just open your app, and then take off you unit. You don’t have to like it with Bluetooth or anything. Just hold it close to your phone or iPad and it will download automatically. Tons of information here. Heart rate (the spikes are when you turn over or wake up). O2 level is shown minute by minute and you can see how many times you stopped breathing, your levels dropped, and you can see when the corresponding heart rate increase when you wake up. They say as much as 40% of the population has sleep apnea. Do you ?

I tried 2 of these and neither one was accurate by my pulse ox. I returned one, but with the second one they will not accept the return. Sorry I bought it.
