Amazon BasicsEmergency Seat Belt Cutter and Window Hammer - 2-Pack

I have an older, unused life hammer (still kept in the car). Unfortunately the 'holder' for it to be fitted in the car is missing, somewhere. So I decided to buy another one, and found these two and will gift one to my step-daughter for it to be fitted to her car. I think these are an essential bit of kit, much like the seatbelts and glass in the car, saving lives.

I hopefully will never have to use them but on inspection they are very well put together and I know they'd get the job done if needed,I would highly recommend them

The items felt sturdy and, having used the hammer on a piece of glass, can testify that it would very likely be enough to break a car window, if needed to. The item is small enough to fit in the door panel of my friends car, who it was bought for, so hopefully easy enough to reach, should the need arise.

Not used it yet (thankfully), but it’s well made and reassuring to have in the car.
