Q: Do you think this would spray curry powder/garlic powder for rat control?

Absolutely should work for that...this is an excellent product, even if it is "low tech"; it works great.

Q: will this work with Sevin powder / granules?

I didn't find that it worked well with a powder. It's not designed for granules at all, the tube is too small for that.

Q: Is the nozzle adjustable for light, medium, or big spray?

No. The amount of spray depends on how hard you squeeze the plastic bulb holding the powder.

Q: How do i get a lighter powder dusting? When i use it, it clogs and then a huge amout spurts out....please help!

Make sure its fully assembled as in picture: fat straw in duster, reduction coupler, skinny straw, and orifice/nozzle with cap. If you don't use the orifice/nozzle it will not disperse the dust properly.
