Observed that using the usb c pd socket causes other pd socket connection to reset. Usb a socket loses power and has to be reattached. 2 ping plug socket lock is a bit lose resulting in one plug getting removed.Product is good though as charging speeds and portability are awesome.

Very good build quality, and wire size is okay. The connection and port options are good

Purchased this UltraProlink 65W GaN charger in July 2024. Initial performance was good, but serious issues started after 5 months:PROS (when it worked):* Fast charging capability* Compact design* Multiple portsMAJOR ISSUES:1. Product Quality:* USB-C port completely stopped working in December* Replacement unit has same issues - only works when cable is pressed hard* LED indicators stopped functioning1. After-Sales Service Nightmare:* 2.5 months of back-and-forth emails with no resolution* Company refused to arrange pickup despite being Delhi-based* Asked to visit their Okhla office during work hours* Even replacement unit is defective1. Cost vs Value:* Spent ₹2,899 for barely 5 months of proper functionality* No support for replacement/refund* Better to invest in established brands with reliable serviceVERDICT: Would not recommend. While the product works well initially, the poor build quality and terrible customer support make this a risky purchase. Save yourself the headache and invest in more reliable brands.UPDATE: Have documented all communication with service center and currently pursuing resolution through consumer forum. Will update this review with final outcome.

Works like a charm. Looks elegant and feels sturdy. Feels like a third pricey. I only bought it because it fits my kids desk theme.
