I've used Capture for many years. One year my husband I bought a house with pure white carpeting. The Sellers were sneaky. Someone dumped a plate of pasta with what might have been marinara sauce on the last two steps going down to the family room. The carpeting had a terrible stain. I went to Sears and a sales associate suggested I try Capture. It took treating the stain every other day for two weeks, but the stain came out completely.

I have tried EVERY carpet cleaner on the market, bought the little spot remover carpet cleaning machine, rented the commercial carpet cleaner, mixed up every potion out there & spent probably hundreds of hours trying to remove puppy piddle from my carpets/rugs. I have no idea how this soft powder works, but it has gotten out every stain & odor I’ve ever used it on. You will not be disappointed!

bought via amazon. the included brush head was defective and unable to screw onto any brrom stick which are standard sizes. looks like poor manufacturing of their brush head thread. result is that you will have to get on your hands and knees to use the brush since it will not connect to a stick. I called milliken customer support to get a new brush head and they punted and said since bought from amazon they could not resolve or send me another brush head. also the carpet dry cleaner material in the bucket uses a sifter. forget about getting the sifter back into the bucket after using it so plan to have to store the sifter separately. A real waste of money with zero support for product. Gave 3 stars because any less stars and they won't publish the review.

I should have read the one star reviews before I bought this stuff. I actually ended up not using it. First, the brush doesn’t fit any handle in my house. Very different from their claim any handle will fit. I refuse to scrub on my hands and knees because I have back issues. And due to some of the issues noted in the one star reviews I’m not going to deal with the powder in my vacuum cleaner. Also, I can’t get the powder open, so that solves that.

I had the vacuum cleaner repair guy recommend this stuff to me a few months back. So I bought some. I was going to use it to do regular carpet cleaning, but had the chance to use it on some seriously nasty carpet after my dog was severely ill. I have light tan carpet and what my dog threw up was bluish green. She is doing very well now, but I was really worried about my carpet. I used Capture on the carpet as directed. But I did leave it on at least 4 hours. I vacuumed it up and was left speechless!! The carpet looked brand new! I couldn’t imagine how a solution sprayed on the carpet with powder on top and then vacuumed up would take out a stain that horrible!! I will never go back to a carpet cleaning machine or use professional carpet cleaners. This will now be my go to for cleaning my carpets. There is some work involves it because you can only do a certain area at a time, but it’s doable, it’s cheap enough without breaking the bank of using professional carpet cleaners. I have re-ordered this twice already. Highly recommend!!
