I had high hopes for this product. As a busy Mom, exercise and the daily grind has not been enough to advert the typical weight gain for the over 40 year old range. 😑 I gained 10 pounds in the month that I have been taking this, so it definitely did not work for me. Be forewarned and keep a close eye on the scale while taking this product.

I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTOreally helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn't expect that it would give me more energy! I'm a senior citizen and over the past few years I've noticed that my stamina has declined. Now when I know that I have many errands or tasks to do around my house I take one capsule and I am energized. I can stay active for 6 - 8 hours after I take a SMART WEIGHTO capsule. Honestly, it is amazing how much I can accomplish on the days that I use SMART WEIGHTO. I do not take it every day, only when I have a LOT to do or when I know I have to suppress my appetite (events where I know there will be many tempting food offerings).I have recommended this product to many of my friends - mostly for the energy it provides! I'll be reordering more very soon!

t's hard to tell if these types of products are actually working or not, because they are often combined with additional diet and exercise. But, I will say that in this case I had already been on a steady program for a couple of months without much to show for it. I switched to this thermo and did start to see some results. So it would seem that this product works over the other ones. It also doesn't give the jitters or nausea some can.

Fairly active. 2-3 mile walks and weights 6days a week. Used this as recommended and saw no change at all! No negative side effects, but nothing great! Was looking for a supplement to help kick start weight loss since I’ve been stuck for a few months

It has come to my attention that every single one of these “energy capsules “ literally have the exact same ingredients. They may “tweak “ the dosage here and there but it’s all the same. My advice, find the cheapest and run with it. But in this case it doesn’t suppress my appetite, it is easy to swallow and does not give me the jitters. I hope this helps.
