There are quick and easy "hacks" in this book to help you make connecting with your staff and offering them support back to the top of your priority list. In this book Erika reminds us how important it is to put the prioritize interactions and support of the adults in our building to help them impact our students in a positive way! After reading this, we put new practices in place immediately. This book is a must for any administrator (especially those of us who have been doing it a while and take things for granted sometimes).

This book was a quick-easy read, and allowed me to put things into practice right away. If you are a leader in education, you need to read this book. I was able to take away ideas within every chapter of this book. Not only does this book focus on what teachers need and the importance of supporting them, it offers practices that can be implemented immediately. Dr. Erika Garcia-Niles has great insight and her intentionality behind what she does is refreshing!
