Hood Air Ve-nt For 2017-2019 Sierra 2500 HD 3500 HD (Chrome Black)

I just installed mine last weekend so I can't speak to longevity but the installation went smoothly with a perfect fit. The product comes well packaged and protected and includes new hardware - to be clear, it comes with new studs and foam washers but you will have to re-use your existing nuts which fit perfectly on my truck (Denali HD 3500). Good so far on bumpy winter roads. I'll update the review if I have any issues with the finish or cracking, etc. Thanks for reading.Update May 2025 - it’s been a year and a half and dozens of car washes and 2 northern New England winters later and the product still looks like the day I installed it. Zero issues. I feared snow and ice removal would dislodged the trim but it stayed tight and unaffected.

When I received the item there were several plastic clips that hold the two main pieces of plastic together that were broken, one of them you could see where someone had tried to glue it back together. I installed it and the two outer corners stuck up above the hood. I pulled it back off and repair it myself with clamps and JB weld for plastics I didn’t want the hassle of sending it back so I just fixed it myself

Worked ok.

3 days later it's lifting of the hood, it's a ok replacement if your original one broke off.
