Perfect insoles.
These insoles transformed my work boots ,from aching feet to just normal feet as I am on my feet at least 8hrs a day , no bad feet ,no aching legs . Brilliant,have recommended them lots .

Might be better if it fitted well
Might be better if it fitted well, but the soles take up quite a bit of space, so make comfy shoes into ill fitting ones. Cannot say I have noticed any benefits yet.

Be patient!
I wore these in my walking shoes around the house for a few hours. Yes it was a little tight at first but the guidance tells you this and to give it a few hours. I have and am pleased with results. Will be ordering more to go in my wellies and trainers.

My 83 year old mum tried them for her badly shaped feet. She had a major, very painful operation but so far, so good
