Filters are filters. They worked.

I ordered this exact product two years ago from the same vendor (Complete Filtration Services). It was simple to install and worked well. It was finally time to replace the filters so I reordered the product. When it arrived, the carbon block filter and sediment filter fit perfectly; however, the inline filter cartridge did not have the quick-connect fittings on the ends of it, as indicated in the photo. The 2019 filter is on the right and the 2021 filter is on the left. Why would they change it? I figured I could reach out to Complete Filtration Services for a quick fix, but no such luck. I emailed them at two separate addresses, called a number from their website that was disconnected, called their number from the Amazon site to leave a message (that hasn't been returned) and also messaged them through Amazon's service. I will be returning this item and searching for a viable replacement that shows an accurate photo in the description. It shouldn't be this complicated.

Easy to install and good price.

This is a reorder of a product I have used before. Still continues to be a good value and works well for my needs.

Generic version of name brand filters. Change every 2 to 3 years with same result.

Worked perfectly. Only request would be for directions. I had to use a YouTube video to install.
