It's a great little camera with loads of accessories for the price, and 5 star reviews from most users, which may make you wonder why you'd spend £350 on a similar brand name product. Well, if you're in that category, here's the deal:Picture quality is OK, image is over-compressed, so artifacts are clearly visible, it also looks as though there's poor processing of the aliasing, or the sharpening of the image has been turned up too much to compensate from a cheaper lens. Low light images can be noisy too.The options in the menu are limited, with all pictures shot in the wide format; you can't choose medium or narrow field of view.Yes, it does 4K at 25fps, but this is the only 4K setting. 1080p is restricted to 30 or 60 frames per second. Not very useful if you're wanting to mix it with material from other cameras shot in the UK at 25fps.4K will be less useful for situations where you have rapid movement - cycling, motorbikes, trains etc; even with a GoPro, you need to run at higher frame rates 50/60fps to reduce the shutter speed and eliminate rolling shutter wobble on the CMOS chip. Therefore, stuck to 1080p60 for this.Although the camera records a stereo audio track, the microphone pickup is only mono, and gives a slightly muddy sound.However, this is not a professional camera, so if you're wanting to use it for high end stuff, stick to the brand name make. For social media, home movies and as a dashboard cam it's perfectly acceptable it's a great camera for the price, with loads of useful accessories.

Unfortunately the battery in the camera is constantly dying even after a full 5 hour charge it doesn't turn on.

The item didn't come with a remote control despite being shown on the listing and there was no mention that the camera wouldn't work without an SD card. Disappointed

For the price, this is a good camera. The picture quality is clear and the video is smooth. My only gripe is that the WiFi is useless, the app that you use with it won't connect at all. Others have suggested using alternatives, but no joy. Despite that, I'd still recommend this camera as the price is good for what you get.I've seen people reviewing this saying it's not 4k, but there are two versions. People are choosing the cheaper one which does not have 4k. Just be aware of this.
