Elixir19062 Strings 8-string Electric Guitar Strings with OPTIWEB® Coating, Light (.010-.074)

Tone lasts forever and they never seem to lose their shine, i wouldn't consider any other brand than Elixir for strings.

I've been using Elixir for years now - the strings are top notch. The only issue I have with this item is that although the string box is sealed it was opened before and has a small tear on the lower side.

I've been using them for more than 10 years now, but they've been breaking a lot more easily these days - when putting them on for the first time, or while stretching them, not even when playing themI still have a few sets from 10 years ago because the guitars with them on are still lasting forever, but of the newer sets I've had 3 strings snap while putting them on, and one of these was a 64 string so it was terribly expensive to replace.Emailed customer service - the USA customer service are amazing, answered in just a few days and offered to replace the strings that had snapped for free. Told them I was in the UK, they said they'd hand me over to their UK customer service, who never got back to me.So there you go - we're in the UK, so I shall rate it according to the experience I've had as a customer from the UK.
