I purchased a Lavna Smart Lock model LA16WF online on 18.01.24. It is reasonably priced for its wonderful features. Our local carpenter found it very easy to remove the old lock and install the new smartlock with the help of the YouTube video instructions. When there was a small technical doubt while installing it, Lavna customer care team readily supported us through WhatsApp video call to make things easy and hassle-free.I am using it for over 3 months and is absolutely trouble free. Unlock features using biometric, password, RF Card and blue tooth are excellent and functioning smoothly for the last 3+ months. Now we are absolutely free of worries about forgetting or missing the main door key while going out. For emergency use, two mechanical keys also have been provided. I have no apprehensions about it providing enough security to our main door. It looks as safe as the conventional locks we use.As my home wifi had some technical issues, I tried connecting the lock to wifi only today. When some doubts arose in my mind while connecting wifi, I got in touch with the Lavna team over WhatsApp and they readily obliged and guided me through the wifi set up process till I succeeded in connecting wifi and testing the remote opening feature through wifi. This support was sought by me after 3 months of my purchase means that Lavna team's post-sale support is responsive, responsible and excellent and they care for the customer, always.My family members love its features and our appreciations to the entire Lavna team consisting of technical, sale and post sale customer care.
