Awesome tool
This is a fantastic scanner, I've used it across several vehicles and it's worked perfectly with all of them.

Junk. Used it twice, stored it for a year, now it's a doorstop
This product keeps getting rebranded over and over and sold under different listings - but it's a Mucar VO6.I went through the process of updating the software and was able scan 2 cars. Stored it in the case it came in for a year and now it's a paperweight - won't charge, won't power on when connected to the adapter.Good luck getting support when you have a problem. Flashy website backed by no one.Caveat Emptor.

Basic Scanner
As an auto/diesel technician of 12 years. I had a chance to test this little machine. I did like the small form and it has a pretty clear screen that was also visible even out in daylight. Its pretty lightweight. I really like that the OBD/VCI is stored directly on the machine by just pressing it in and pressing it in to release it. Range is quite good and responds quickly. I had tried this on a Lexus, Toyota and Porsche so far. Auto detect VIN worked fine for all. Seemed to be able to communicate with all the modules. It has a bunch of maintainence funcitons which is limited and not all of them actually work. The oil reset for the porsche worked which was a big surprise since many other machines cannot. This scanner does not have any special functions like functional tests or bidirectional tests which im not surprised since its a lower end scanner. Its great for pulling codes and looking up data streams and doing service resets. I would love for it to have some special functional tests at least to make at least a 4.5 star.

Awesome scanner packed with features!
If you work on your own cars like I do, a good OBDII scanner is a must since the dreaded "check engine" light will always come on at some point lol! I don't currently have any vehicles that require service, but in doing a basic scan of one of them, this unit appears to have a ton of features packed in. The screen is very easy to read and navigate in my opinion being very intuitive. I really like that lifetime software updates are included and that the unit connects to WiFi for them. I haven't even scratched the surface of what this unit will do, but my first impression is completely positive. With that being said, I am giving it the top five star rating for now!

Excellent Support
I have used a few different Mucar diagnostic tools and so far I have liked all of them. Their interface is very good, not overly flashy like some where things get muddled, and it is also intelligently laid out. They also offer a lot of functions that other brands charge a bit more for. The V06 is the first one I've had that actually holds obd adapter in itself which is quite handy, particularly if you have more than one of these as it can keep you from getting them mixed up. As always the screen is bright and clear and the touch screen responds well. The battery life is pretty good though sometimes I'd like to get just a little more out of it, but overall it does the job fine and charges back up quickly enough. If you're in the market for one of these and you don't want to pay the inflated prices of some of the major brand names Mucar is definitely one to have on your list and one that I highly recommend.

Mucar vo6 Diagnostic tool
I think this tool is nicer than most obd2 tools I've had. I've mostly just had the tools with an app. This I was actually able to get my oil light reset (because I got oil and I couldn't get the thing turned off with the "manual" way of doing it). This is a great tool to have to tell anytime a light comes on for different issue. It pretty much reminds me of the fanicer one my mechanic has, but it's nice to have a diagnosis and then tell him about it. Works in most vehicles, and it pretty much can figure it out on it's own what the vehicle is. It comes with lifetime updates which is also nice. I think it'd make a great gift for all those that love to work on their own car, so they're able to self-diagnose and figure out the issues.

Feature rich for DIY users
I've only ever used the basic car scanners to get engine code details. I've always wanted to get one that had more features. Luckily I got the chance to try out the MUCAR VO6. This would be my first full Diagnostic tool so it's just first impressions. The screen is a good size, bright and easily readable. The ODB2 connector slides into the unit for storage and is easy to connect to the tool. Because this is a more professional tool, it does have options to create and save individual customer data. It is feature rich with ability to program cars with programmable options. Alot of the tools are free with the tool with the ability to download addons to add more basic features. There is also the options to get advanced features per vehicle make which is subscription based. It was easy for me to figure out without the manual as its menu is easy to navigate and understand. I don't know how this would compare to more expensive models out there, but for sure this is a great starter for anyone who likes to work on their own cars. Even navigating through the menu's I don't see any reason even a automotive shop wouldn't use this.
