The media could not be loaded.  We have used a bunch of other cat fountains. All great but this one brings a whole new feature set we've never seen.1. We can put it in any room because it looks fantastic. The blue glow really illuminates the surrounding area in an aesthetically pleasing way especially at night. Also love the blinking red indicator when the water level is low which is rare anyway.2. Being wireless means we can move it untethered really quickly with no fuss.3. Induction mode is awesome. We love this mode because it preserves battery power by only starting the fountain when a cat approaches it. Once the cats learned how that works they were totally comfortable just going up to it and start drinking immediately. The water flow is gentle and they like it. Cats are also attracted to moving water. See my video.Induction mode also turns on the light when someone walks by like in the middle of the night which has come in handy a few times.4. Assembly and cleaning is just like our other fountains. Very simple and straightforward. Same types of parts you're probably already familiar with.5. A few weeks in an so far the battery is still going strong. Definitely love the set it and forget it vibe.6. Makes zero ambient noise. Not an exaggeration. You would have to hold your ear up against the unit to actually hear anything at all. Good thing for the red blinking indicator to remind you it needs more water because this thing is remarkably QUIET.This was our first USB/wireless cat fountain and I don't know if we can go back to the traditional ones! Update: pump will not charge anymore. I reached out to seller but they can't replace the piece. My cat had just started using it too.Original: Love how quiet this fountain is. However, my cat doesn't use it as much as the fountain that flows continuously. It is great to use when I'm gone since it is wireless and I can trust it will work if the power goes out and my other fountain stops working.

I've had this fountain for about a week and I've been surprised that my (3) cats like it so much. I've had a number of fountains because they like the aerated water. Because this doesn't really come out of a spout but more wells up, I wondered if it would be aerated enough for them, but it is! And, I don't hear it at all. It is the most quiet fountain I've ever had.It's very convenient to be able to place it anywhere because it does not have to be plugged in, plus the large reservoir means less water maintenance. The only thing that could have made this better for me is if it had a stainless steel lid for them to drink from instead of plastic. I think stainless steel is easier to clean.Great product and easy to use! My three cats give it all paws up!

Nice looking fountain but just does not work. Going to be returning it as soon as I can (which is unfortunate because the nearest UPS location is 45 minutes away). Lights come on and I tried every mode both plugged in and wireless and the pump just does not work. Very frustrating.

I have been interested in a wireless fountain for quite some time. I do not have a good area in my dining room to plug in a fountain, and had been considering a wireless one. This fountain works quite well. Assembly was quick and it is simple to clean. It is very quiet, and does not require disassembling to charge.The fountain has three water functions, two of which work wirelessly. While I do not use the timer function, I was intrigued by the motion function (the fountain will start when the pet is near). I do wish the water would flow continuously without being plugged in, however I understand this would most likely be a large drain on the battery. Overall, this fountain has a good value and would be suitable for any user.

I have an indoor bird room and, like cats, birds love to chew on cords and things. I always wanted my birds to have a fountain, but I knew they would destroy the cord in a matter of days. Eventually, I realized the battery powered fountains that are marketed for cats would be a perfect solution!I did a lot of searching and, after reading the reviews for this product, I decided to buy it. It’s been wonderful! The battery lasts for a couple weeks at least, it is easy to disassemble and clean, and my birds can’t destroy it!I use the motion setting, and though my birds are quite small (cockatiels, conures, lovebirds, budgies), they are able to trigger the fountain so it comes on intermittently.

So I was mega excited for this product, and took the risk despite some other reviews. When it arrived I put it together and charged it. It did not turn on. I troubleshot as much as I could before giving up. I set the thing in the corner on the floor, it already had water in, so it was serving as a stand in bowl. Then a few days later the thing decided to start working. I didn't touch it, no cats were near it. It was weird. I just walked past and it was working. The life from the single charge lasted ages! It still works, not sure what the malfunction was. If this happens to you, try putting it in the corner and let it think about its actions and maybe it'll change its mind and start to function lol

Looks great out of package. But confusing instructions. Assembled, pump won’t pump. Completely charged. Still not pumping. Switched to direct power. No pumping. Disassembled pump, impeller is tight. After reassembly impeller briefly ran for a few seconds, then stopped. After repeated stops and starts. Gave up. And yes the pump was submerged in water with the blue light on. Don’t purchase, cheaply made. Company a Great Disappointment!!
