Unit is shipped with US power cord. We offer a 30-day return on machines but we charge a 20% fee plus the shipping if machine returned new and 50% if returned used. Please note, that all masks leak air therefore return requests based on a claim that mask leaks air will not be approved. Masks can ONLY be returned in NEW condition. If you want to try a machine or a mask, we encourage you to rent them from your local dealer. We do not guarantee that mask, machine, specific feature or the therapy itself will work for you. We cannot be held liable for the manufacturer's advertisement claims. If you want a memory card you must request it before your order is shipped. If the machine you bought comes with the choice of mask, you must send us a message immediately after purchase with the order number and the mask type you desire. If we have this mask in stock it will be shipped, otherwise you will receive a random mask. Our products are shipped from USA. Buyers are responsible for any import or customs dues or fees.
