Still working after a year! (Great customer service)
I am writing this review for the amazing customer service. I had this scooter for over a year now and recently I misplaced the charger and couldn't find it. The scooter sat for weeks because of this. I decided to send the seller a message if I can buy a replacement charger but to my surprise, they sent me one free of charge instead!! Upon receiving the charger, I charged the scooter up to full power and the scooter worked like when I first bought it! Thanks to the great customer service, even after a year of owning this scooter and then losing the charger for it, they still sent me a free charger!

This scooter is perfect for younger kids. My youngest received it for Christmas, and it’s incredibly powerful for him. It’s easy to fold up and carry, and it’s made of pretty good quality.

Battery malfunctioned but company replaced
This scooter stopped working less than a year after I purchased it. It will turn on but the battery no longer charges.*update*This company was very responsive. They gave me a refund and are shipping a new battery. Recommend based on customer service to make things right.

7 yr old loved it
My daughter loves the scooter. We love that there is three settings for her to go on so the slowest setting was great for her to figure it out. The light up part is pretty cool. The battery seems to last OK for now.

Doesn’t last long
The media could not be loaded. Bought in October 2024, 7 yo son didn’t use til it after Christmas as his gift. He was only able to use it til April and not everyday at that coz winter and school, now the battery doesn’t charge! Also, the part where he gets to control it is loose and doesn’t stay put. Don’t recommend this product! I wish they have support/warranty for a year to guarantee their product!
