Helpful one
It has always been the dream of students to study in a far developed country drowning in a sea of opportunities. As we know, there are certain compulsory examinations required to be appeared before applying for any university abroad. GRE is one such examinations that has to be taken for admissions in graduate schools. Most of the students, I belief, from my personal observation are still unknown to the definition of Verbal Reasoning. However, at many times in our life, we have quite solved a few verbal questions unintentionally while playing with words among ourselves. The book gives an overview of GRE in the first few pages. It slowly takes up the pace to provide the basics and then directs us through the necessities for the preparation purpose. It consists of sample questions to work on, which becomes quite helpful in self-inspecting our understanding of the subject.Overall, the book would be really helpful and cater to the needs of a beginner.

The three main types of Verbal Reasoning i.e. reading comprehension, text completion, and sentence equivalence have been covered. There are a lot of practice sets and all practice sets have answer keys in the end. This way the students using the book can judge if they have improved after studying the chapter. Overall this book can be recommended to new students.

The question style and answer choice different from actual GRE
If you want to improve reading comprehension in general, this might be a good book. But relative to GRE, the questions and more importantly the answers process seems quite different from actual GRE. Not to mention the kindle reader experience is horrible.
