FOSSILRing Watch for Women, Quartz Two Hand Movement with Stainless Steel Strap

I bought a ring watch with small crystals surrounding the face with 2 weeks of wearing it ONLY when I went out so twice in that 2 weeks 2 crystals had come out ! Over the following 3 wears 3 more crystals did the same so I looked at their guarantee and they seem to be saying they don’t cover the crystals for a free replacement !! This ring is obviously not suitable for the purpose it was meant to be used for ! This was not a cheap item to buy so I would like to warn anyone contemplating buying the same then think again and don’t this was a Fossil watch ! Perhaps you can advise me if there is anything else I can do to?? Many thanks
