GORGEOUS upgrade to our entryway
We could not be more pleased with this purchase. Yes, the components that connect the crystals are thin, but they are delicate and lightweight, making the strands of crystals easy to add on to the frame once it has been installed, with standard electrical wiring and mounting. One crystal was broken, but the company send us a replacement (it took two weeks for shipping from China, but they send 4 replacements, not just the one, of both shapes of crystal). The crystals sparkle and glow, the strands are elegant, the curvature of the chandelier's shape is flowy and artistic. Lovely product.

Cheap, it breaks apart, the crystals fall apart they are very loose.

Although there were extra parts the ones that was missing(type B) were not included.No way to contact and get them. One chrome ring was peeling
