Very easy to set up, very reasonably priced. I have 8 water sensors and 3 temp sensors. They send alerts and alarms. Temp sensors will also record history. I've purchased more sets as gifts.

This, like all YoLink products, is nearly perfect. The battery lasts ages. The sensor is extremely accurate. The range is great. The app is great with customizable alerts. Pairing takes literally one second. Everything about these just works.

These water sensors are very easy to set up with a YoLink hub which is available as a kit. These are very easy to set up and they are Alexa enabled. As soon as a drop of water hits these sensors an audio alarm will Ho off along with a text message in the event you’re not in your residence. Very pleased with this purchase!

About a year ago the screws holding on my toilet tank loosened and leaked in my upstairs bathroom. By the time I realized it the water had gone under the baseboard behind the toilet and destroyed the drywall in the bathroom below. This system would have prevented that and would have saved me $1,500.I like that it’s easy to set up, very sensitive, and you get a text notice on your phone as well as the alarm going off when water sensor gets wet (tested each one with a slightly damp paper towel). I also like that you can add sensors to the system. I bought the hub with 4 sensors initially, , then added a 3 pack, of sensors, and finally 2 single sensors. I’m now set up wherever water can leak!

Audible & text alert are instantaneous. Email alert lags quite some time behind. It's a minor thing and all in all a good product. Beware, connecting to network can be q bit quirky and stubborn at times during initial setup but after that smooth sailing.Can't comment on leak detection because I unfortunately purchased this after my water heater ruined part of my floor. Same with battery life. I simply haven't owned this product long enough.

After having a water heater supply line blow out and flood my basement, I wanted some peace of mind to minimize disaster potential in the future. While I had an audible leak sensor in the basement, it wasn't something we could hear 2 stories above, while asleep. I have these paired with Yolink's shutoff valve as well as integrate in to Apple HomeKit using a Homebridge plug-in.

This was one of the simplest home automation devices I have ever installed. Scan, click, name, move on to the next. Two weeks after install in basement it alerted me and the AC condensation pump has stopped working. Had it been left we would have had a mess. This reduced the clean up to about a glass of water vs fall ones all over the place. It has already paid for itself. Great product and I have expanded to every sink or other water area where there could be undetected problems.

The water sensor work well, easy enough to setup, both the physical product and app. Highly recommended. When submitting the phone number for sms warning, it took several trys over couple of weeks to be able to submit the phone number, seems like the servers have limited capacity, but have not had a chance to test if it works or not. Overall, the sensor and the app work well.

Love this product. I started with a few now I have over 12 in my home. Extreme accurate and easy to use. Cost effective way to save a world of headaches. I love that it has sensors on the top of it and on the bottom (floor).Battery lasts a very long time, small design and the app is easy to navigate. 10/10 product.

I've been using Yolink products for more than a year and I'm always impressed how reliable and easy to use they are. The audio alarm is a great addition to the water leak sensors (important in some cases when you have no power, no internet or no phone). The app is great too!
