Taste isn't bad however added honey as several of the reviews suggested. . I decided to have 1 cup at bedtime for a month then I will go to 2 cups. I personally have sleep issues and wish I could say it help. I'll edit if they're is a difference in 2 cups per day. The price is very reasonable it's definitely worth a shot.

The tea is wonderful. I read where some have added a squeeze of lemon or added sweetener, I enjoy mines hot without any added sweetener. I have a cup before bed and I am sleeping better . Would recommend it and will purchase it again

It’s not bloom fast, I think it’s my fault for not have a hot water enough ;P I will try again later. It’s taste good and strong (I need add more water to make it less strong)
