adidas Men's Duramo Speed Running Shoes

Bought for casual jogging, nice and light, dry weather only, a good fit

it is a nice fitting and comfortable shoe which did take sometime getting used to as the sole is thicker and different than my previous shoes.

Having used Adizero Pro 2 and Nike alpha fly i got this for short jogging, great stack hight, comfortable for the heals. Very lightweight and comfortable.Very happy with this. I am sure the quality will remain for the best part of 400km based on the 100 km I already did with this.So not for rough use I guess.

For the price of around 50 quid, these are great running shoes. As someone who ran cross country in university back in the US, I was looking for a good budget running shoe for my partner, who is just getting into running. My criteria was for the shoe to have a generous stack height and not too crazy drop. This shoe serves it perfectly. It is almost half the price of the addidas sl zero, yet from my perception, the EVA foam is practically the same.

I attempts 5k run for the first time ever last year (56 years old). These made a massive difference to my old trainers. Very comfortable and light.

These are average at best and what ruins these trainers is the upper which is poor quality with next to no lockdown so once the feet start sweating and increases in size during a run your ankle will roll, expect also the glue to separate, the design is minimal with no logos or any print on the inside of the trainers, the speed duramo has no stability at all, the lightstrike midsole has nothing that goes around the foot, the midsole is good enough, thw rubber outsole is not continental but Adidas own rubber which looks alright and should last a while so in summary I wouldn’t use these for anything other than running on the grass or maybe around the block, not any road race or trying to get a PB in a half or full marathon
