Has a really strong chemical smell to the plastic, and started leaking air the second night used.

My husband has used a CPAP machine for the past 15 years. ResMed discontinued the headgear that he found the most comfortable. They came out with the P10 several years ago. The headgear itself is not as durable, nor lasts as long. This set includes one nasal pillow, one frame, one short tube, and one transfer tube adapter. You must have your own headgear strap. The headgear straps are super cheap, relatively speaking, and should’ve been included in this kit. The nasal pillow can pop out of the frame and fits the P10 frame perfectly. I will buy just their nasal pillows if they offer the pillows without the frame and tubing. The design of the nasal pillow nostril hole is slightly different on the Everness nasal pillow versus the name brand. Their nasal pillow has one layer of silicone while the ResMed brand has a double layer in the inside of the nostril. If you look closely at my pictures you can see the second layer at the top of the nasal opening. My husband finds they both work identical. Overtime these components of your CPAP headgear must be replaced. They actually yellow overtime. Normally we just replace the nasal pillows and not the tubing. The tubing on the Everness feels a little bit thicker and more durable, but it’s ever so slight. If you were in need of tubing and the frame, then this is a good deal. However, I do wish it included at least one headgear strap. It’s nice to be able to buy these parts on Amazon without a prescription. If you order through a hospital or doctors office, they won’t allow you to purchase simple maintenance items like this unless you have a script which means you have to recently have paid to have seen the doctor. You also can’t buy knock off brands through the hospital or pharmacy supply, the ResMed brand is very expensive and for those of us who don’t have good insurance this is a nice alternative to get the parts we need at a more affordable price.

The pillow itself is soft and pliable, in other words comfortable. The hose is extremely flexible so it won't affect the position of the nasal pillow.

Nasal pillows very small compared to OEM. They are engulfed inside my nostrils overnight. I ordered small, as OEM, then bought medium pillows to replace… Still to small. Will try the large next. Expensive mistakes. Could have purchased originals now, cheaper.

This product leaked air when it was first used, upon inspection, I noticed a tear in the material, this hose material is SO THIN that it easily tears, definately not durable at all and to top it off, these CPAP hoses are not RETURNABLE. Hopefully I will get the refund I requested for it.

This thing whistles like a kettle and does not seal even before it makes it to your nose. Beyond worthless and you cannot return it for it being deficient. They'll take your money for a defective tube of plastic and won't look back.
