I have bought 2 of these and I think they are brilliant for their size and price. Obviously you can not expect them to be as efficient as a large expensive model but if you are patient they will do the job. I keep one working permanently in my bedroom . I suffer from a dust allergy and used to wake up every morning sneezing non stop. After a few days of using this machine I now wake up every morning symptom free. the atmosphere in the bedroom is now dry - and dust free thanks to the hepa filter. I emailed the seller via amazon about the availability of replacement filter elements and got a prompt reply promising to notify me when they are available. An excellent product and good customer service, Thoroughly recommended.

It arrived quickly as stated and in good condition too. I got it to work straight away and doing it’s job by taking moistures away without making lots of noises at all. Pleased with the purchase. Would be even better if I bought it a week later during Black Friday week.

This is my first dehumidifier that I got for my parents in india and must say it’s very impressive. Like the aesthetics and looks and how compact it is and large water unit. It’s very user friendly and quiet to run. Helped enormously with drying washing clothes especially given the monsoon season and feels like it’s economic to run. Delivery was very quick from amazon and would highly recommend this product. Love it and my wife has now brought one for us too!

This sounds great on paper. Bought because of the timer and humidity level display, which doesn't work at all and always shows half the humidity level. The unit says is can collect up to 600 ml a day but really it collects barely anything. Waste of money

It dries the washing and very quietly. Not as fast as the old industrial (broken) one it replaced, but at the price and running cost you could have one in every room. It really uses 27 watts not 1.2kW, plus 6 watts for the power plug (come on Easyacc, put in a SMPU <1 watt, cheaper and greener).

This device is very compact and pleasing design. Perfect size for kitchen worktop or bathroom. Very quiet, descrete and easy to maintain. Great settings and features like 'direct drain' option. In fact it's the ideal compact dehumidifier apart from 1 major flaw... it's very low dehumidifing performance. I tested this device in a very humid basement of 85% RH to make sure it could perform with the conditions in its favour, sadly it only removed 20ml of moisture from the air running it's highest settings constantly in a 12hr period! I then moved my larger, noisier (still domestic) dehumidifier, which I know is more powerful, into the same space just as a comparison and it extracted over 1.5 ltrs. I wanted a smaller descrete worktop unit for the colder winter months to combat a minor mould issue in our cold condensed kitchen, I don't think this device will perform sufficiently to counteract any damp or even condensation problems. This device has many many good points but it's primary function is inadequate, which is a genuine shame.

I returned this item as I upgraded to a bigger 10L/day unit. This is ample if you have a small space and run it all the time, but I found it was quite slow to extract much and the humidity indicator said the humidity was lower, whereas my new bigger unit had the humidity much higher and was able to extract much more quickly. For the price of this unit, spend a little extra and get a bigger unit if you have a humid/damp space. This is not very effective, especially if you want a dehumidifier to dry clothes or work for a full room. It's got a nice variable light feature and would be suitable for a small box room perhaps. It's too expensive for its limitations.

My first unit went faulty after 3 weeks and returned to Amazon for a refund, but was so impressed with how quiet and the amount of water it drew from the air { approximately 1500m in 2 weeks) and this is with a room that does not exceed 60% humidity, I decided to order another and just hope this one does not go wrong as I have two others that do not work as well as this one, maybe I was unlucky so I can only highly recommend one.
