The answer to your question is yes. This is the part that covers the mouth and nose and the extension goes upward to the forehead so that the adjustable headgear can attach. This is the original and genuine Fisher & Paykel CPAP frame and elbow, and at a much lower price than paying for it through any of the usual medical supply resources. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Q: Can I just get the elbow piece?

Its a full assembly. Does not come with head strap.
