This pen is amazing, I have a 15 yr old 15 pound Cairn Terrier, who no longer can control where she goes to the bathroom, and is almost blind. She wanders aimlessly and is mostly lost and stuck until I save her. Now I get up when she wakes up in her bed beside my bed about 6AM, I give her breakfast and i put her in her playpen she just walks around and goes to the bathroom on her pads in the playpen and goes in her bed back to sleep. When I get her up I take her for a walk then she spends most of the time just wandering around the house under my supervision, this playpen is the only way I can safely leave her to leave the house. If your fur baby is at this place in his or her life this playpen is a must. I believe she feels safe in the playpen and being lost as a blind dog in the house is not comfortable for her as she gets stuck and cries a lot when she is loose in the house. I use 8 panels including the gate she has so much room for her pads and bed and water. I do not put her in the pen and leave her all day and night we have a routine that utilizes the pen at intervals during the day only.

I bought this playpen recently for our 5 month old small breed puppy hoping it would be a safe way to confine our puppy when we’re not home without using a crate!!! And this was just that!! We are only using 6 panels which includes the gate! We ordered the one that has the lowest threshold under the gate! Not only has it met our expectations but the puppy lives it too and occasionally will enter it just to take a nap or get a drink of water!! It was very easy to put together and it’s very sturdy once it’s up! Ours is black and nit very noticeable which helps to keep the room size from feeling smaller! We have a smal dog bed, a couple of small doggie blankets and toys, a bowl of water and a disposable pee pad over 2 pads we use to protect the floors! It is worth every penny we paid for it!! I highly recommend it!!

This indoor pen is perfect for puppies. I needed an indoor pen but was worried about damaging my new engineered wood laminate floors. This pen has protective foot pads and silicone feet on the stakes and I have not seen any scratches. The pen is super easy to assemble by one person. Also easy and fast to configure to any shape once assembled. Very sturdy, even when my puppy jumps up on it. I have the 32"- 8 panel model and can easily add more panels if needed. I ordered it in white and it looks nice in my open family room. Nicely constructed and finished too...no metals burrs or sharp ends for dog to get injured. Would recommend this product

My puppy is so tiny we were stepping on him. This keeps him safe and I can keep an eye on him while I work. It's so much easier than keeping him on a leash or letting him pee all over the house. We can keep him contained while we are doing things in the kitchen. It's minutes to assemble and i can move it by myself when i need to change the pad underneath. We even got one for the backyard so we can keep an eye on him so a large hawk doesn't snatch him up and fly off with him.

I have a VERY sassy 6 mo old shih tzu. She chews on any shoe or piece of paper left within reach, and she has also learned how to jump on the furniture. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to crate her every time I want to get something done in an other area of the house. You know, give her some unsupervised freedom. I had not yet put it together (SUPER EASY by the way), and then she was spayed. Keep her chill, don't let her jump on/off furniture. This pen will be a lifesaver in many ways. It seems plenty sturdy for my pup, and I'm glad I ordered the 8-panel. I would HIGHLY recommend this pen.

We've bought about everything made for dogs, but this is one of our all-time favorites. We bought this to confine a new puppy in an open-concept area where it is difficult to use gates. It took just a few minutes to easily assemble (with no tools needed). It is large enough that our puppy is happy to spend long periods in it, as it isn't as confining as a crate. The panels are easily adjustable -- just configure it for your space. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the door latches that take two hands to maneuver, but we're managing. It's worth every penny and then some. Highly recommended!

Updated:After posting my review the seller reached out and sent me a replacement gate panel that is much easier to open, with the trade off being that you need to step over a small threshold to get in and out. If this had been the original product I would have given it 5 stars. Upgraded to 4 because the seller was awesome and now I have a product I love.Original:This is a well designed, high quality product. Assembly was ridiculously simple. It feels safe, secure, and it’s as attractive as an indoor play pen can be.Why three stars? One glaring design flaw. If you get the taller model, the gate has two gravity latches. This means to open the gate you have to have a hand on each latch holding it up and maneuvering a finger around the gate to pull it open. Under normal circumstances, this is a feat of dexterity. While negotiating with an 11 week old puppy it’s near impossible.I saw another reviewer mention the same concern and that they ended up hacking a solution, and I’ll likely end up doing the same.

The item came and was very easy to assemble. It is top quality and works well indoors for our puppy. I originally ordered 6 panels which worked ok but wanted him to have more room so added 4 additional ones. It gives him plenty of room to roam, sleep, play and potty on the training pads. Would highly recommend this product.
