I connected it with the NZXT Hub, using the NZXTcam software, does the job.

It's really great fan I've switched the rear fan since it's non rgp fan, I'm also gonna get another one to keep it as back , if you have nzxt case then trust me those are best fit and easy to control ,unlike other complexity fans and controller,,, so yeah don't hesitate to pick one

Super easy to set up and look amazing. I recommend getting a hub for every fan in your case so you can have them all the same color scheme tho

These are great.
Do yourself a favor and buy these. Also get a splitter that turns 3 fans into one motherboard connector.
