Received broken - VERY DIFFICULT to return. Still don't have a working unit.
Received this item and there were obvious loose parts inside so it was not safe to plug in. I called CyberPower. After filming the unit to prove the issue, they said to return through Amazon. Amazon said the item was not returnable. CyberPower however is stranding behind their product because they are exchanging it so I am grateful for that. Just wish it was a better experience.

Every piece of important electronic equipment needs a UPS.
I sole computers and related accessories for over a decade and this is an excellent piece of equipment at a great price. It's already saved me twice!

Bettary power level is Low
It is surprised to notice the brand new UPS Batter is about 50% level of battery power! I bought another similar model which is 100% power. Disappointed.
