Excellent machine.

This is great, The Clean sense saves the battery for the dirty spots. The duster is great on tables; the corner wand is perfect for the small places.

This vacuum was never "reconditioned". It arrived with no internal packaging or manual. Very used. The battery was run down. The vacuum only had about 10% suction power after the battery was charged. No way this was looked at by anyone. I assume it was returned and just shipped out to the next sucker hoping they will keep it. They did not even clean the dust bin. I was gifted a dust bunny from the original owner. My problem is with Amazon and the company that is supposed to be reconditioning. I have no opinion on the Vacuum since it did not run. I intend to buy a NEW version of this vacuum, but from a local shop. My research pointed me to this vacuum as the best choice for me.

Its very powerful, and surprising how accurate and useful the dirt sensor is on this one. Its not too noisy, and has more than enough battery to last far longer than any other I have owned. Its great that it stows on its own. The only gripes would be a clearer battery charging indicator, and lights to show charge levels. Also it can be a bit awkward swinging into position. With so many attachments, it would have been nice to have a hose attachment to sneak in those hard to reach areas on a car.

Customers should know that the battery does not last. We have had our vacuum since August 2024. The vacuum does a good job. However the battery cost over $90 and not even a year into the purchase.

I have only bought shark vacuums since they came out with the first white corded pet vacuum. I have never been disappointed until this one. The vacuum itself works great. Don’t love the bending option as when it’s up right and your pushing it you can feel the give where it almost wants to fold up on you. To remove the trash canister you have to take the vacuum apart. If you empty the trash container while it’s still on the vacuum you get dust all over the vacuum and floor.The part that really sucks!!! This vacuum has three setting and if you use the full power setting over the battery power saver settings your given about 20min of vacuum life. (Maybe enough time to get half my one bedroom apartment done) Having dogs I feel the high power for the constant suction is necessary. Also the main reason I’ve always bought shark is for its suction power and cleaning power. The other two options are for non carpeted flooring in my book. Will be buying a second battery but not impressed for the first time with Shark.

I’m 80 years old and have disabilities, the vacuum folds in the middle so I can clean under furniture. Plus it’s easy to use. I like it very much.

We love this new vacuum. It is powerful and picks up a lot of dirt. Since it uses a battery, it eases cleaning chores by eliminating messing around with a cord. This is especially true on stairs - no need to walk back up a flight to unplug. The compactness makes working on stairs a lot easier as well. And, now I can vacuum my car without unwinding (and rewinding!) an extension cord!We bought it as Amazon 'renewed', in 'excellent' condition. It is new as far as I can tell, just no box or manual. Manual is easy enough to find on the internet, and is only about a dozen pages.
