My daughter in law made this for breakfast ( good any time meal ) and I was floored how good this was since I had never had it, one packet makes about 3 soft tacos. It is very easy to make and fries up quickly. This is ground dark turkey meat , so if that is your favorite part of the turkey I believe you will enjoy.

Not my favorite of the Chata pouch products, this turkey version is very mildly spiced. I prefer the Chata Chilorio de Pollo.

I've tried the pork chilorio, the chicken chilorio and now the turkey. The turkey is not that great. It's not terrible, I ate it. But it's just kind of dry and over cooked and stringy. In order I would say the pork then the chicken and by far distant third the turkey.The chicken is substantially leaner and less greasy than the pork. And if there's a dietary concern about pork, I would have no qualms about getting the chicken. But all else equal, why buy the turkey when the chicken is the same price and better?
